REFUNDS

Due to the intimate nature of our product line, we do not allow for refunds or returns, however...

WARRANTY

After the first 90 days from the original purchase date, we warranty motorized toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the intimacy product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
